Returns & Exchanges
Full Priced Items
If you purchased a full price or pre-ordered item, you can return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please just make sure the tags are intact and the item hasn’t been worn! A quick heads-up: we can’t refund the shipping costs (if any)!
Sale Items
For items you snagged on sale or with a discount code, you can exchange them or return them for store credit, which will be good for 12 months. Keep in mind that shipping costs aren’t refundable, and we only offer refunds for sale items if it’s faulty. Don’t forget to keep the tags on and make sure the item is unworn!
Exchanges
If the size isn’t quite right, no worries at all! You have 14 days to exchange your item. To get the ball rolling, just drop us an email, and we’ll be more than happy to help. You can choose a different size or go for store credit.
How to Start
To kick off your return or exchange, shoot us an email at byjummah@gmail.com with your order number. Just make sure the item is in its original packaging, has all the tags still on, and is unworn, with no alterations, odours, or stains. Once all checks out, we’ll send you the return address by email and discuss any other bits and bops with you.
Oh, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, just to be safe, since we can’t be responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels.
