Pre-Orders

We’ll ship your pre-ordered items as soon as they’re ready, and you’ll receive an email update once they’re on their way. Check the item’s description for delivery estimates.

Delivery Times

Australia: Choose between standard shipping (3-5 business days) or express shipping (1-2 business days). Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150! Shipping details are available at checkout.

Outside of Australia: Currently we only take international orders via email, contact us at byjummah@gmail.com for more details on how to order from outside of Australia. Estimate shipping times for international orders is around 9-21 business days for standard shipping with Australia Post, while express shipping via DHL express is about 4-6 business days.

Please note that there may be factors beyond our control that can impact shipping times but we will always communicate any issues/delays with you!

Track Your Parcel

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details to keep you updated.

If you’re not home to receive your package, the carrier will assess whether it’s safe to leave it. If not, you’ll get a card with instructions for re-delivery or pickup at your local post office.

Unfortunately we don’t take responsibility for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking shows it’s delivered but you haven’t received it, email us and we can try to help you but the best bet is to contact your local carrier to check on your missing package.
